Julia Rebecca Miron

Julia has been practicing mindfulness since 2009 and teaching mindfulness since 2015. She's recently been qualified by Brown University to teach the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. She's also a Writer and has been featured in Chicken Soup for the Soul. She’s always had a desire to make mindfulness less intimidating and more accessible. Her approach is to take the pressure off of being a perfect meditator, and she encourages being a messy meditator.
