Introduction
In this video, we will be talking about lifestyle and lichen sclerosus. Specifically, we will be talking about lichen sclerosus and exercise. Can you exercise? How can you exercise safely with LS? I address these questions and more in this video. I share my top 5 tips for exercising with lichen sclerosus. After, I demonstrate a workout routine you can do completely seated. This is great if you experience a lot of tearing or are afraid to tear while working out.
And if you're like, Jaclyn, sitting hurts, no way I can workout seated, don't worry, I got you! In my next video, I will demonstrate a standing/lying down workout that is great for folks who cannot sit for extended periods of time.
