Amy LeSage has been practicing acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for more than 15 years. In her natural health care practice, she specializes in helping people create lives they love without being so inhibited by dis-ease. She treats inflammation, pain, stress, infertility, depression and anxiety, migraines, allergies and asthma, lymphedema, side effects of cancer treatment, and more.

She earned her Doctorate of Acupuncture and TCM (DACM) from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, CA, in 2021. She completed her Master of Acupuncture and TCM with Yo San University of TCM in Los Angeles and was awarded her license to practice acupuncture by the California Acupuncture Board in 2006. Also in 2006, she earned her Diplomate of Oriental Medicine designation from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Ashlie Crewe attended Gannon University where she received her Bachelor's in Psychology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees before moving to central Pennsylvania and began specialized training in pelvic health physical therapy.
While treating patients, she also attended courses regarding pain neuroscience, finding her passion in combining the knowledge from her pelvic health courses with the neuroscience of persistent pain conditions. She has developed pelvic floor treatment programs in several of her company's clinics and currently treats patients of all genders with pelvic health concerns while providing mentorship to other pelvic floor therapists in her company, and educating her community about pelvic health rehab.
She achieved her Board Certification as a Women's Health Specialist in 2017. Ashlie is a member of the International Pelvic Pain Society as well as the Global Pelvic Health Alliance. She is passionate about the multidisciplinary care of persistent pain conditions and eager to work with experts in all fields of study to better help her patients have pain-free and fulfilling lives.

Ellen Feron

Ellen Feron is an LS Warrior, Pain Management and Movement Coach. She is also a wife and mom to two active children, ages 6 and 3, living with Lichen Sclerosus for over 28 years.
Through many years of pain and the challenges of living with LS, Ellen found her medicine through movement. An integrative form of exercise known as Nia was the catalyst in her healing journey. She understands the disconnect of the mind, body, emotion, and spirit while living with LS. She is now passionate and committed to sharing what she has learned with others so that they too can live a life of joy, comfort, and ease.
Ellen is a Certified Educator with a Bachelor of Education focused on Physical Education. She is also a Nia Technique White Belt Instructor.
In her session, she will educate you on the power of movement while on your LS journey. She will then guide you through an experience that will allow you to increase your body awareness to cultivate a space filled with gratitude, acceptance, and reconnection to yourself. Ellen is known for her ability to connect with her clients to help them to explore and move their bodies in their unique way. This presentation is for everyBODY regardless of your body awareness or mobility level. Conscious movement is an essential step to enhancing your mental and emotional health while living with LS.

Emily O’Hara, PsyD

Dr. O’Hara is a clinical psychologist currently working in Primary Care-Mental Health Integration for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs.
She works with patients who experience a range of chronic health conditions and mental health symptoms. Anxiety and stress-related disorders in addition to chronic pain are common areas of focus in her area of practice.
Dr. O’Hara is passionate about educating individuals on the inter-related nature of medical and mental health factors and working with patients to enhance coping and quality of life.
As a Holistic Healing Summit speaker last year Dr. O'Hara taught us how to use deep breathing to manage chronic pain. We're beyond excited to learn even more from her this year.
Emily O’Hara, PsyD

Erica is a Scientist, Nutritionist, and Accredited Practicing Dietitian from Sydney, Australia. She is currently completing a Ph.D. in nutrient sensing and appetite control at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Basic Metabolic Research at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Erica has performed research on the gut microbiome, insulin sensitivity, and the nutrient content of plant-based foods.
As an APD, she loves to help clients create the healthiest versions of themselves, in keeping with their values, culture, and lifestyle. Her practice embraces body positivity, with the idea that the body is an instrument, not an ornament, with the purpose to enable you to sense, experience, and enjoy everything that this planet has to offer.
In her free time, Erica loves to stay active through cycling, kickboxing, and salsa dancing as well as traveling, trying new foods (she's a BIG foodie), and spending time with family and friends.

She's provided various educational lectures for Physicians and the community regarding pelvic physical therapy, breast health & wellness, and physical therapy following cancer treatments.
Holly is passionate about providing compassionate, quality care to her patients. She strives to stay informed of new studies, treatment options, and techniques to provide the most up-to-date and comprehensive care. She believes that establishing rapport with her patients and addressing the psychological aspect of their symptoms is just as important in the healing process as the actual hands-on treatment.

Dr. Jill Krapf is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist specializing in female
sexual pain disorders at The Center for Vulvovaginal Disorders in Washington, D.C., where they have treated over 2,000 people with lichen sclerosus. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The George Washington University.
Dr. Krapf is active in research and has published chapters and peer-reviewed articles on Vulvodynia and Vulvar Lichen Sclerosus.
She is Associate Editor for the medical journal of Sexual Medicine, as well as for the textbook “Female Sexual Pain Disorders” (2nd Edition). Shauna Farabaugh is a certified Somatic Sex Educator and Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) provider in private practice in San Francisco, CA who fiercely believes in the right to sexual expression for everybody and is committed to making sex education more “sexcessible.”
She is particularly passionate about exploring the intersection between sexuality and life transitions of all kinds—both how life change impacts our sexual identity and expression and how we can connect with our sexuality in times of transition as a source of strength, resilience, and wisdom to guide us through change.
She has been a professional sex educator since 2007, with certifications from San Francisco Sex Information, The Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality, and the Somatic Sex Educators Association. She serves as adjunct faculty at the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education and co-authored a book on pelvic pain with mentor and colleague, Caffyn Jesse.
Reverently irreverent, Shauna brings a profound sense of play to both her group classes and one on one work with students of all genders, sexualities, and sexual lifestyles…because sex really is supposed to be fun!

Vulvar Disease Clinic Director, Gynecologist
Dr. Dehaeck is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UBC. She completed medical school and a Masters of Science in clinical epidemiology at the University of Calgary and then residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UBC.
Dr. Dehaeck is a gynecologist with an interest in chronic, benign, and pre-malignant conditions of the vulva and dedicates part of her clinical practice to lower genital tract diseases at the British Columbia Centre for Vulvar Health. She also has a general obstetrics and gynecology practice in Vancouver located outside the Centre.

I live with Lichen Sclerosus, Vulvodynia, and hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction. Because of my pain, I turned to yoga to find relief, and by incorporating yoga into my life I was able to take control of my health again, physically, mentally & emotionally.
Now I teach pelvic floor yoga to people living with pelvic pain so they can live with less pain and feel the best that they can possibly feel. Pelvic floor yoga can help people with Lichen Sclerosus ease tension and pain in the pelvis, as well as decrease stress.

Jane J. Bai graduated from McGill University’s Physical Therapy Program with a Masters of (Applied) Science & has been practicing as a Registered Physiotherapist in the outpatient orthopedic setting in Toronto, Canada.
Then 2020 rolled along, and Jane was pregnant in the midst of a pandemic! Not exactly ideal… to say the least, but she saw the need for a safe & accessible virtual physiotherapy service for moms; hence the launch of Pelvicpro’s telerehab services.
