Introduction

For today’s video, we will be talking about lifestyle and LS. Specifically, we will be talking about lichen sclerosus and exercise. Can you exercise? How can you exercise safely with LS? I address these questions and more in this video. I share my top 5 tips for exercising with lichen sclerosus. After, I demonstrate a workout routine you can do standing up and lying down. This is great if you cannot sit for prolonged periods.

    This was very helpful for me. I like to hike, but have found it to cause a lot of irritation. I think your suggestion of coconut oil for a lubricant before hiking will help to alleviate the problem.
